The tour lasts approximately 2 hours, starting at our facilities. Our tender vessel picks you up at our pier and you will enjoy the amazing view of the coast of Cozumel while you´re transporting where the submarine is located.

If you are between the first and sixth month of pregnancy and have not experienced any problem or medical situation related to it, you can participate without any inconvenience. Your comfort depends on your tolerance for movement in the tender vessel that will take you where the submarines is located, a 12-15 min ride along the Cozumel coast.
Inside the submarine, passengers will be sitting about 45 minutes, leaning slightly forward to see through the viewports, and there is very little movement felt while sailing underwater. The submarine is air-conditioned for your comfort; however, you must consider it does not have restrooms.

AAtlantis is located walking distance from the International Port and Puerta Maya, just in front of the Casa del Mar Hotel.
From Puerta Maya, you must walk to the left towards the North, about 4 blocks.

Atlantis does not provide taxi service. However, taxis are easy to find as it is the common means of transportation in the tourist area of the Island.
Safety & Requirements
Yes, you can take all the photos and videos you want in the allowed areas and following the safety instructions of our team: inside our facilities, from your seat in our tender vessel "Ana" and inside the submarine.
For your own safety, the minimum required height is 3ft and 4 years old, for children.
Children are considered from 4 years to 16 years. No infants allowed.

All tour participants must be able to walk backwards down and up 12 steps on their own to board the submarine: handrails available. Any particular situation that limits the mobility capacity of our passengers must be consulted with our crew prior to start the tour; authorization will be evaluated and will be subject to the weather conditions. Guests confined to wheelchairs cannot be accommodated on this tour.

There is no weight restriction, however it is important that our passengers consider that the diameter of the hatch through which they will have to go in and out the submarine is 40 inches.
